What we actually do

DineWaves gives restaurants three things: a fast, no-app QR menu their guests can use immediately; a dashboard the team can update in seconds without a technician; and a live kitchen display so orders stop getting lost between server, floor, and pass. If the restaurant wants guests to pay from the table too, we help them connect their own Razorpay or Stripe account—we don’t sit between the restaurant and their money.

Why we started

Two frustrations, both familiar to anyone who has worked a busy service. First: menu updates that take days to reach the printer while the kitchen has been out of a dish since Tuesday. Second: existing “QR menu” tools that felt like they’d been designed for a spreadsheet, not a dining room. We wanted a tool that looked like it belonged on a good restaurant’s table—and that a manager could edit from her phone between covers. So we built one.

How we work

• WhatsApp-first support. Not a ticket portal. Send the menu PDF, we’ll build a working sample before we get on a call. Reply within 2 hours, 9am–9pm IST.
• Honest pricing. No setup fee, no per-scan charge, no per-order commission. What’s on the pricing page is what you pay.
• Concierge menu build. If you don’t want to type your menu in, send us the PDF and we’ll do it for you—usually same day.
• Your data, your control. Export or delete your entire workspace at any time from the owner portal. See how we handle data.

Where we are today

DineWaves is a young platform. We’re not going to claim thousands of restaurants when we’re still building our first signed case studies. What we will claim: our restaurants get a working menu in under an hour, and we don’t stop answering their WhatsApp messages once the sale is done.
