Fees for DineWaves services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). All payments must be made in advance. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or termination of your digital menu services.

5. Intellectual Property

The DineWaves platform, including its software, designs, and branding, is the property of DineWaves. You retain ownership of your menu content (text, prices, and uploaded images), but you grant us a license to host and display this content on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

DineWaves is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue due to menu downtime or errors in pricing provided by the user.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. DineWaves reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or fail to settle outstanding balances.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the platform dashboard.
